Highlights

The U.S. new infection could rose by 18,000 new cases rising to over 100,000 cases nationwide.
Of the 18,810 new cases, 6968 cases were in New York. A big improvement over the prior day.
States with 3,000-4,999 infections: Michigan, Washington, Massachusetts, Florida, and Illinois and Louisiana.
Utah reached about 600 infections with more than 100 new cases for the first time.
The U.S. has done very poorly with total infections, perhaps that is partly due to more testing. The death count lower than 2% of infections, better than most countries with a high infection rate.
