Highlights

The U.S. new infection count dropped 4,000 to 26,157.
Utah dropped from 104 to 96 new cases.
Western European countries continue with more than 1,000 new cases per day. There worst were U.K at 5,323 and Italy 4,092. The rate of increase has dropped everywhere except the U.K.
New York State new case stayed below 10,000 at 8,463
The U.S. infection rate is staying below 30,000 for the second day.
It now looks like some areas in the United States have peaked or are peaking.
