Highlights

In Asia China had a small outbreak. India is ramping quickly with almost 13,000 new infections per day. The Phillippens continues a slower steady ramp. Otherwise, Asia is quiet.
In Europe infection rates are down, but the U.K. is still hot with an average with 1,425 new infections per day for the week. The other countries in Western Europe are down to a few hundred per day. Sweden continues to be hot as well with over a average of 600 new infections per day.
The U.S. infection count jumped to an average of 30,000 infections per day as states in the south and west continue their new spkies in cases. California, Arizona, Texas, Florida and Utah all showed significant splikes. Utah had so many new cases that its death rate fell back below 1% a remarkable low number.
New York's daily average is now well below 1,000 per day and it will soon reach an infection level of 2% followed by Massachusettess at 1.5% and New Jersey at 1.9%. Other states above 1% include Illinois, and Louisiana.
States with over a 0.5% infection rate include Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, Michigan, Arkansas.
California is just below 0.5%
