In Europe, things are still bad. Rrance United Kingdom jumped up in the top 10. France had the most cases per day for the week at 53,0000.
The U.S. averaged 107,235 new cases per day (yet another new high record). For the week 3/4 of a million people were infected!

States with an infection rate over 6% South Dakota (new)
States with over a 4% infection rate: Iowa, Mississippi, and new entrants Tennessee, Wisconsin, Louisiana, Utah, Arkansas, Nebraska
