December 18, 2015 - Wishing a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to ALL

At the close of 2015, Sherry and I took a moment to "Count Our Many Blessings". 'Tis the Season' for grandchildren. Our extended family is growing rapidly these days. November 11, 2015 - The Haslams welcome their 3rd grandson.

He is the son of Jared & Melissa.

July 24, 2015 - The annual Days of '47 parade

The parade was held this morning in downtown Salt Lake City Utah. One hundred sixty-eight years since the main part of the first pioneer company arrived in the Salt Lake valley. All photos from this year's parade are from the Deseret News. Yes, I skipped this year's parade to play golf!

The sweepstakes award winner for 2015 was this float from the Woods Cross North stake. President Henry B. Eyring was the grand Marshall for 2015. See additional photos.

June 10, 2015 - Jared & Melissa Haslam learned that they are expecting a baby boy due around November 18, 2015.

January 23, 2015 - A quick visit to the Kennedy Space Center.

After spending a week at Harris Corporation headquarters, Reed spent Friday afternoon visiting the Kennedy Space center for the second time. Several new buildings had been added since the family last visited in the late 1990s, the most significant of which is the building that houses the Space Shuttle Atlantis.


The beautiful new building for Space Shuttle Atlantis.	The space shuttle Atlantis, supported with a steel frame below and other parts supported from the ceiling, such as the cargo bay doors that are open to give a view inside. Visitors can see the shuttle from both above and below.
